Lake Levels

Public Act 451 of 1994 Part 307,
(formerly Act 146, Inland Lake Level Act of 1961) designates a County Agent
in charge of lake level controls as established by Circuit Court. The
Lenawee County Drain Commissioner has been designated the County Agent for
circuit court mandated Lake Levels. |
Currently there are seven court mandated Lake Levels in Lenawee County. Six are maintained by the Lenawee County Drain Commissioner, and Horseshoe Lake is maintained by the Hillsdale County Drain Commissioner.
