~ September 17, 2009 Day of Review of Apportionments at the Office of the Lenawee County Drain Commissioner.
 

~  September 23, & 29, 2009 Notice of Appeals and Application for a Board of Review were filed with the Lenawee County Probate Court.
 

~ October 2, 2009 the Lenawee County Probate Court, Honorable   Appointed a Three Member Board to Hear the Apportionment Appeals.
 

~ October 7, 2009 Board of Review meeting at Lenawee County Drain Commissioners Office.
 

~ October 16, 2009 Board of Review meeting at Lenawee County Drain Commissioners Office Appeal Resolved.
 

~ November 6, 2009 Preconstruction Meeting with Jule Swartz & Sons Excavating Inc., Contractor for Construction.
 

            ~ November 18, 2009 Construction on Drain started.
 

~ February 26, 2010 Contractor has Tile Installed, Restoration to be Performed in the Spring of 2010.
