STATUS OF MANITOU BEACH DRAIN PETITION

-       January 14, 2010 John Jenkins, Supervisor, Rollin Township, requested a petition on behalf of Rollin Township.

-     March 10, 2010 Rollin Township Board passed a Resolution authorizing Township Supervisor to sign petition.

-     A Board of Determination scheduled to meet on Wednesday September 22, 2010 at 7:00 PM at the Rollin Township Hall, 730 Manitou Road, Manitou Beach, MI 49253.

-     Board of Determination found petition necessary on September 22, 2010 at 7:00 PM at the Rollin Township Hall, 730 Manitou Road, Manitou Beach, MI 49253.

-     October 13, 2010 notice mailed for inspection and survey of the drain for improvements.
