STATUS OF REED TILE DRAIN PETITION

-       April 16, 2009 Petition mailed to Garrett Barth.

-       June 17, 2010 petition returned by Garrett Barth.

-       July 19, 2010 petition signatures found valid.

-     A Board of Determination scheduled to meet on Tuesday September 14, 2010 at 10:00 AM at the Cambridge Township Hall. 

-     Board of Determination found petition necessary on September 14, 2010 at 10:00 AM at the Cambridge Township Hall.

-     October 13, 2010 notice mailed for inspection and survey of the drain for improvements.

-     December 8, 2011 a Board of Determination is scheduled to reconvene at 10:00 AM at the Cambridge Township Hall to consider the necessity of adding lands to the Drainage District.

-    Board of Determination found adding of lands necessary on December 8, 2011 at 10:00 AM at the Cambridge Township Hall.
