STATUS OF FULLER DRAIN PETITION PROJECT
- September 8, 2008 Fairfield Township Board approved Resolution & Petition for improvements on the Fuller Tile Drain.
- October 21, 2008 a Board of Determination determined the Petition to be necessary.
- November 3, 2008 Lenawee County Clerks Office contacted and no appeals filed on Determination of the Necessity of the Petition.
- June 2009 Survey completed. Engineering & Design being done for Fall construction.
- October 28, 2009 Project out for Bids.
- November 12, 2009 Bid Letting
- November 17, 2009 Day of Review of Apportionments
- February 2010 Project is substantially complete, restoration in the spring.
