STATUS OF ADRIAN MADISON BEECHER DRAIN PETITION PROJECT
- July 11, 2008 Robert Oller, 2373 Linden Court Adrian, MI 49221, was mailed petition for the Adrian Madison Beecher Drain.
- July 22, 2008 petition returned by Robert Oller.
- August 14&18, 2008 petition signatures checked, petition found valid.
- August 26, 2008 County Treasurer’s Certificate certifies ‘no unpaid taxes.’
- October 22, 2008 a Board of Determination determined the Petition to be necessary.
- November 3, 2008 Lenawee County Clerks Office contacted and no appeals filed on Determination of the Necessity of the Petition.
- June 2009 Survey completed. Phase 1: New covers on catch basins. Phase 2: Replace tile through woods. Phase 3: is in Engineering & Design process.
- February 2010 Berm installed and tile outlet replaced through woods. Additional berm is being designed.
- December 2010, Easement documents mailed for new backlot drain tile.
