NOTICE: DAY OF REVIEW OF APPORTIONMENTS


POLLARD #2 DRAIN

On Thursday July 24, 2008 in the office of the Drain Commissioner, 320 Springbrook Avenue -Suite 102, Adrian, Michigan, the APPORTIONMENT OF BENEFITS within the “Special Assessment District of the “POLLARD #2 DRAIN” will be subject to review for one day, from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. The Computation of Costs for drain maintenance will be open for inspection by any interested parties. The drainage district boundaries and the benefits apportionment determined by the Drain Commissioner will be open for review for one day.

Pursuant to Section 155 of the Michigan Drain Code, any owner of land within the drainage district or any city, village, township, district or county feeling aggrieved by the Apportionment of Benefits made by the Drain Commissioner, may appeal the apportionment within ten(10) days after the Day of Review of Apportionment by making an application to the Lenawee County Probate Court for the appointment of a board of review.
