STATUS OF LITTLE RAISIN NORTH END DRAIN PETITION PROJECT

- June 16, 2008 Phillip Stone, 11700 Carson Highway, Tecumseh, MI 49286, was mailed petition for the Little Raisin North End Drain.

- June 26, 2008 petition returned by Pamela J. Drake.

- August 7, 2008 petition signatures checked, petition found valid.

- August 8, 2008 County Treasurer’s Certificate certifies ‘no unpaid taxes.’

- October 23, 2008 a Board of Determination determined the Petition to be necessary.

- November 3, 2008 Lenawee County Clerks Office contacted and no appeals filed on Determination of the Necessity of the Petition.

- Spring/Summer 2010 survey and inspection to be completed.
