In November of 1998 the Loch Erin Property Owners Association (LEPOA) petitioned the Lenawee County Board of Commissioners to amend the court ordered lake level for Loch Erin to have a seasonal level. The petition for the seasonal level is to alleviate shoreline erosion. The seasonal level requested is for a winter level and a summer level.
