-       July 19, 2006 Ron Francour, 5766 Furman Highway, Clayton,  MI 49235, received petition for the Culhane Drain.

-       August 9, 2006 petition returned by Ron Francour.

-       August 18, 2006 petition signatures found valid.

-       October 17, 2006 a Board of Determination determined the Petition to be necessary.

-       November 3, 2006 Lenawee County Clerks Office contacted and no appeals filed on Determination of the Necessity of the Petition.

-       November 20, 2006 notice to land owners along drain mailed for obtaining information on drainage issues with tile.

-       Survey of Drain in May, July, October, & December 2007 & March 2008.

-       September 2008 Preparation of Bid Documents and Construction Plans.

-       November 21, 2008 Notice of Letting of Drain Contract and Day of Review of Apportionments

-       December 10, 2008 1:00 PM Bid Opening at the Lenawee County Drain Commissioner's Office

-       December 17, 2008 Day of Review of Apportionments, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM at the Lenawee County Drain Commissioner's Office
