| This office has
received an inquiry into establishing a court ordered lake level for the
operation and maintenance of the existing dam location at Cambridge Lake in
Lenawee County. The court ordered lake level would require a petition according to part 307 Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act, Act 451 of 1994 as amended Upon receiving the inquiry, an inspection and information has been obtained on the existing structure Additional information relating to this meeting may be found at http://www.lenaweedrain.com A meeting will be held on Thursday, July 20, 2006 at 7:00PM at the Springville United Methodist Church, 10186 Springville Highway, Onsted, MI 49265, to discuss issues currently affecting properties.
