TO: Floodwood Creek Drain & Branches Drain Drainage District - Property Owners
RE: Watershed Study Presentation & General Discussion
A petition was circulated by John I. Tuckerman and returned to this office on February 2, 2005.. This petition is for consolidating the Floodwood Creek Drain and tributary drains for drainage improvements.
On April 12, 2005, a Board of Determination, consisting of Roy Walker, Howard Keller and Earl Kelley, found said petition necessary.
The Lenawee County Drain Commissioner’s Office contracted Spicer Group, Consulting Engineers, to study the Floodwood Creek Drain and Branches Drain Drainage District.

An informational meeting will be held on Thursday, June 15, 2006 at 7:00 P.M. at the Riga Municipal Building, 7817 Riga Hwy., Riga, to review the completed study. Representatives of Spicer Group and the Lenawee County Drain Commissioner’s Office will be in attendance to discuss the results of the watershed study.
