NOTICE: DAY OF REVIEW OF APPORTIONMENTS

Adrian, Clinton, Franklin, Raisin & Tecumseh Townships & City of Tecumseh

On Thursday, June 8, 2006 in the office of the Drain Commissioner, 320 Springbrook Avenue -Suite 102, Adrian, Michigan, the APPORTIONMENT OF BENEFITS within the "Special Assessment District of the EVANS CREEK EXTENSION DRAIN" will be subject to review for one day, from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. The Computation of Costs for drain maintenance will be open for inspection by any interested parties. The drainage district boundaries and the benefits apportionment determined by the Drain Commissioner will be open for review for one day.
