- September 5, 2003 Lenawee County Road Commission, 2461 Treat Hwy., Adrian, MI 49221, received petition for the Hervey Tile Drain.
- September 5, 2003 Lenawee County Road Commission approved petition by resolution.
- March 2, 2006 a Board of Determination determined the Petition to be necessary.
- Survey of drain in July 2006
- August 2006 Preparation of Bid Documents and Construction Plans
- August 28, 2006 notice to land owners along drain mailed for obtaining information on drainage issues with tile.
- 2 of 3 easements obtained, need to aquire 3rd easement.
