Lake Levels

Public Act 451 of 1994 Part 307,
(formerly Act 146, Inland Lake Level Act of 1961) designates a County Agent
in charge of lake level controls as established by Circuit Court. The
Lenawee County Drain Commissioner has been designated the County Agent for
circuit court mandated Lake Levels. |
Currently there are six court mandated Lake Levels in Lenawee County maintained by the Lenawee County Drain Commissioner:
