STATUS OF VANFLEET DRAIN PETITION

-       April 21, 2009.  Bill Goetz, 456 Redmond Drive, Blissfield, MI  49228 was mailed petition for the Vanfleet Drain.

-       June 23, 2009 petition returned by Bill Goetz.

-       July 16, 2009 petition signatures checked, petition found valid.

-       July 20, 2009 County Treasurer’s Certificate certifies ‘no unpaid taxes.’

-       August 20, 2009 a Board of Determination determined the Petition to be necessary.

-       September 1, 2009 Lenawee County Clerks Office contacted and no appeals filed on Determination of the Necessity of the Petition.

-       January 2010 Survey completed.

-       April 2010, tile televised.

-       June 2010, replacement of tile in front of 7446 Craig Road is being scheduled by LCDC.

-       September 2010, tile replaced in front of 7446 Craig Road.

-        Day of Review for spreading costs to be scheduled.
