-       June 26, 2009 Thomas Walworth, 4437 Wheeler Highway, Clayton,  MI 49235, was mailed petition for the Raisin River S. Br. Drain.

-       July 6, 2009 petition returned by Thomas Walworth.

-       July 21, 2009 petition signatures found valid.

-       July 22, 2009 Treasurer’s Certificate certifies ‘no unpaid taxes’.

-       A Board of Determination scheduled on the necessity of the petition on April 27^th, 2010.

Board of Determination found the petition necessary on April 27, 2010.

Five appeals of the Determination of Necessity have been filed with Lenawee County Circuit Court.
