-       April 20, 2010 petition returned by Marc D. Phibbs.

-       May 7^th 7 10^th, 2010 petition signatures checked, petition found valid.

-       May 12^th, 2010 County Treasurer’s Certificate certifies ‘no unpaid taxes.’

-     A Board of Determination scheduled to meet on Tuesday September 14, 2010 at 7:00 PM at the Raisin Township Community Center. 

-     Board of Determination found petition necessary on September 14, 2010 at 7:00 PM at the Raisin Township Community Center.

-     October 13, 2010 notice mailed for inspection and survey of the drain for improvements.
