| Brush Removal | |

One of the maintenance tasks for most drains is brush and tree removal. This prevents the drain from being choked off or damaged by invasive plant life. This is done by using a "clipper" to cut down trees (Pictured Left) and a Mower to manage brush. |

| "Dipping" | |

Dipping enlarges an existing drain to handle more water or removes sediment that has built up in the drain and has begun to choke off the flow of water. Removed earth is either leveled on site or trucked to another location. |
| Tile Repair | |
![]() |
Tiles sometimes develop holes or collapse due to age. These must be repaired if water is to be effectively carried away again. This includes either digging up the damaged portion and repairing it, or replacing a segment, or whole length of the tile. |
| Spraying | |

Some areas require spraying to prevent damage to the drain. Spraying kills smaller invasive plants. |
